SHIPPING POLICY

The ordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible once the order is processed. Delivery dates vary depending on the shipping address and the availability of the products. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the time items leave the warehouse of Lingerie Ka Inc.
Once the products are passed to the hands of the shipping company, Lingerie Ka Inc. waives any rights of property for the benefit of the buyer.
The delivery of the products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company as well as to those concerning the signing of a receipt for the products. PURCHASES, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY ONLINE
You have 30 calendar days to return an item to us. The date indicated by the postal seal when the return shall not exceed 30 calendar days after the date of delivery of the order.
For Lingerie Ka Inc. to process your return, exchange or refund, the returned item must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Any returned item must be in the same condition it was when it was shipped to you and should not have been worn, used, altered, soiled, washed or damaged, and must be in its original packaging with tags still attached .
Due to the intimate nature of some items and standards of hygiene, we regret not being able to offer exchange or refund for the following items: panties, teddies, swimsuits and any set of lingerie which includes panties. If these items are returned to Lingerie Ka, they will be returned to you at your expense, and no claim will be granted.
GIFT CARDS
A lost or stolen Gift Card cannot be replaced. Gift Cards are not refundable.
SALES FINAL
Final sale applies to any goods having been reduced by 25% or more of the original price. I.e. no refund or exchange will be granted to these items.
Refunds shall be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase and will be processed within five working days of the receipt of the goods at our premises.
You will assume all costs of shipping and handling during the return, as well as all customs duties and taxes on international shipments.
